This website is to rsvp for a private event at Ursa Rio. Only those invited to RSVP will be accepted.

If you don’t rsvp you will not be accepted to the event.

The event starts Friday the 21st at 3PM. In North Idaho and will finish between the 28th – 3rd of June.

• You must show your ID to verify who you are.
• You must be able to provide your own transportation to and from the event.
• You must be willing to camp for 7-9 days unless otherwise agreed.
• You must obey all the rules of the event.
• You must also be prepared for the event.
• You must be willing to sign a waiver of liability.

What is needed:

• Good Tent
• Plenty of warm Sleeping gear
• A week’s worth of clothes.
• Long sleeve work gear for when we use hydrated lime.
• We will try to provide food but breakfast is difficult so bring as much food and snacks as you can that is appropriate for camping.
• Bring cash, in the event you need some nights at a hotel to shower or rest, can partner with people to drop costs.
• Work gloves
• Work boots
• Eye protection
• Thick rubber dishwasher gloves
• Lawn/camping chairs
